Kilkenny based artist Elizabeth Cope (born in 1952) is best known as a painter of bright, colourful pictures. She paints spontaneous, spirited still lifes, views of interiors, animals, portraits, and landscapes. Elizabeth Cope has exhibited widely, both in Ireland and Abroad and her paintings are are held in a number of important public and private collections.
